• About •
RETRO is an outgoing and celebratory individual. Er show is catered to audiences ages 6 and up. The show itself is one massive birthday party. Consisting of contestants randomly chosen from the audience to come on and partake in predetermined activities. The show usually has time based minigames, If the person fails, they'll get stuff thrown in their face. Anything from party streamers,
confetti, water, or sometimes even cake can used on someones face for failing a game. On some occasions, RETRO will throw them into the ballpit thats part of er stage-- showing they're disqualified from the show its self. The show is a bit overwhelming due to the timed aspect and how energetic everything tends to get. RETRO themselves makes it a bit hard to fully focus since they commentate the entire time and point out failures.
But the show is a good time, RETRO is a lovable host so people don't really have issues with how the game is. The worst that comes out of it, that someones nice suit might get covered in cake.
• Appearance •
Retro is a tv headed robot, Er main color scheme consists of a warm-toned rainbow that is seen all through out the design [screen, arms, torso, tailcoats] Their glasses consistent a warm off white circles with swirls as the inner design. They wear a warm blue suit with off white pants. Their torso consists of the same rainbow design in a vertical
position. The rainbow in the torso moves [similar to see as in the name logo.], making this the most eye-catching thing apart of em, What makes em also stand out is they have an extra set of arms that come from their upper back. These arms have rubberhose-esque abilities and can extend to any length. These arms have the same moving rainbow as the torso. Ey always use these extra set of arms to emote more.
Their tail coat acts the same as the other Picyron hosts. It attaches at the belt of their waist and is easily removable.
• Trivia •
Because of er extra set of arms, they tend to grab onto high peams and other infrastructure to move around more energetically. [Think of Dr. Otto Octavious.] Most times they use these extra arms
to just emote / hold onto their microphone while their main set is doing something else.
They make a lot of grand entrances; their show has a ball pit in the center, Sometimes they jump out of it as a reveal, other times they use balloons to float out of it. They're a big fan of balloons, as they tend to always
hold a few that cause them float around their set.
Outside of the show they like to make paper crafts that act as decoration for their set. Because of the extra hands, er able to do some bigger and complex things. Theyve made some paper stars for their partner ROLLCALL, who has used
these paper stars as ceiling decorations for their own studio.
They act a little mischievous but in the sense of acting "condescending" towards contestants when they fail a minigames. This is not actual malice though, its just exaggerating the acts of losing. Contestants are aware of this before they play.
